　You will be responsible for providing legal support for tasks
　that arise in the corporate activities.
　
・Review and legal advice on various basic transaction agreements
・Management of litigation for legal disputes
・Providing legal advice on various issues that arise in practice
・Drafting, creating, and reviewing various contracts
・Planning and providing compliance education on legal issues
　such as contracts, antimonopoly laws, personal data protection
　 regulations, and anti－bribery laws
・Supporting the establishment and operation of overseas
　manufacturing and sales subsidiaries
・Building and supporting legal and compliance systems for overseas
　manufacturing and sales subsidiaries
・Legal support for various internal projects
・Carrying out legal research and other special tasks

【Working hours】
　Regular working hours: 7 hours 55 minutes
　Flextime system: available （no core time）

【Holidays and vacations】
　Holidays: 2 days off per week （Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off）, 　
　127 days off per year （including New Year's and Golden Week）

【Remote work】

　No restrictions on the number of days to come to the office
